George Washington Carver Foundation

Andrew S. Dance & Associates, LLC was a proud partner in the first annual George Washington Carver Foundation Fundraising “Virtual” Auction.

The first annual online aution was a big success, bringing in over $5,000 in much needed funds for the Foundation. The proceeds from the auction will go towards programs and equipment for the Carver Center, located in Bunnell, Florida.

The Carver Center has always been a mecca for youths in South Bunnell. It is the only remaining building of George Washington Carver High School. Flagler County has provided youth programs at the Center since the early 1970’s. The George Washington Carver Foundation, a foundation with non-profit tax status, has been established.

Eleven acres next to the Center owned by the Flagler County Housing Authority is currently being planned by the City of Bunnell for construction of athletic ball fields. The County will continue to own the building and provide maintenance and the Flagler County School Board will provide personnel to run the programs and the City of Bunnell will contribute towards operation of the Center.
