Andrew S. Dance, founder of the company, brings a vast pool of knowledge stemming from over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of large scale master plans for mixed use developments that included office, industrial, residential and public land uses. Mr. Dance is responsible for all design development, including:
